I love to make pizza. Usually I make homemade pizza at least once per week. Here are my two favorites. The first one is a ‘white pizza’, which means it doesn’t have any tomato sauce in the topping. Instead it’s a delicious topping which consists of a blend of various cheeses: Mozzarella, Grana Padano, Robiola di Roccaverano, and Fontina. And some pieces of smoked ham.
The second pizza has tomato sauce on it and it is topped with Mozzarella cheese and fresh picked Rucola leaves (Arugula) out of the garden. Delizioso !
